The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) approved the proposal for a gradual plan to make the shot clock a part of GHSA basketball. It was greeenlit as part of the State Executive Committee’s delayed “Spring” meeting – to be held at the Thomaston-Upson County Civic Center.
