I created this tutorial to demonstrate how I produced a presentation video using a Zoom Meeting to record my computer screen and voice. I will also show you how to save the meeting video file to a OneDrive folder on your computer, as well as instruct you on how to add links in an email to direct people to the video in your OneDrive/SharePoint folder and to a Vimeo post online where you can upload the video to.
I had shared a project update video (see link below) with my colleagues that I produced using this method and it got great reviews in terms of how useful the information was by receiving it prior to an up coming meeting. By giving them a quick update that informed them of the projects previous and current states, I was able to shorten the meeting and give them time to process all the info and come up with questions before the meeting as well as consider the options that would be decided on at the meting. I also used a Doodle Poll which I explained to them in the video to get their votes counted before the meeting. This is a great tool to help you be more productive and get more involvement from your audience.
