Without a clear message, your audience doesn’t know how you can help them. If it’s too hard to figure it out, they’ll tune you out or leave your website.
While we believe in “multitasking” – it’s really not possible. Our brain can only focus on one thing at a time, especially if it’s trying to make a decision. So, you must clarify your message if you want your prospect to stop and listen.
What that means is stop trying to be everything to everyone. Focus on the problem your ideal customer is facing. Use fewer words. Simplify those words, removing industry jargon, buzz words and cliche phrases.
The only way you’ll differentiate your business and succeed is with a clear message.
